Sažetak: | The main objective of this work is strategic planning, identifying strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats in a semi-jewelry company located in the city of Arvorezinha, which has e-commerce. Since it becomes increasingly necessary to know the current market scenario. The method used to approach the discussion was qualitative. Data collection took place through an interview with a semi-structured script, with the manager, customers and suppliers, and the analysis adopted was the content one. In the study noted that the company is in the development phase. It was observed that the company needs to pay more attention to market research and financial control. It is noted that the company has been developing more and more in the market and that it has many strengths and opportunities. The study for the company will be a great ally to make the company develop more and more in the current market. |
