Sumari: | The present dissertation, in summary, aims to analyze, initially, a brief historical apparatus of Home Education (homeschooling) in Brazil, starting from examples in other countries and ending with a study on the (un)constitutionality of the theme, in view of the Federal Constitution of 1988. Furthermore, an analysis will be made on education remote, used during the period in which schools were closed due to the covid-19 pandemic. The problem is divided into two ways, initially the question on the (un)constitutionality of the topic and also the social issue that the adoption of the system would cause. The methodologies used in carrying out this research will be qualitative and quantitative. |
