要約: | Gervásio Annes was a very versatile actor: he played, at the same time, the roles of the politician, journalist, lawyer, trader. To know his public life offers a not yet explored view of the Power net in Passo Fundo and in the state as well, besides the use of new mechanisms like the press in the consolidation of an ideology and an elite in a preponderant position.
