Čoahkkáigeassu: | Partly, this modernity that gave new life to the mills was the same that caused its decay, with the production of industrialized cachaça linked to major trademarks, in addition to the characteristic periods of drought in the region. With these factors, the Serrana cachaça, made by hand, was no longer produced and sold in large quantities in the domestic trade, because its entire production process, due to rustic techniques, led to the increase of the drink. |
