সংক্ষিপ্ত: | Given the proliferation of news on the internet, due to the ease of dissemination and transmission. The cases of false news increased considerably and with it came the serious consequences. Controversial issues are generally those that bring the greatest repercussion. The focus is on the problem generated by false news disseminated on the internet. How can we assess the veracity of news? Whose fault is it? How is this news transmitted? Are there legal consequences for authors? How does the population react? Therefore, the objective is to report the most absurd facts arising from misinformation, creating an overview of the current news scene and to discuss how it is possible to help in the development process we are currently in. For this, there was an analysis of the circulation and placement and propagation of some news through the unsystematic observation of comments from readers and articles on the subject. First, there is an overview of how the news was and its evolution, as well as real cases and their repercussions will be discussed as well as the legal measures applied. The categories of information and the power of rumor circulation will be identified. The research had a qualitative exploratory design, and a bibliographical survey will be carried out on the main authors who talk about the subject. Texts produced by contemporary authors will be studied. For this research, texts by authors in English, Spanish and Portuguese were used. |
