That statement was part of the speech that the businesswoman, affiliated to the Democratic Center (Álvaro Uribe's party), offered the Conservative Summit of the Americas, an event organized as a way of announcing the birth of a “new political order” in Latin America - “Conservative in customs, liberal in the economy”. |
