Čoahkkáigeassu: The Capixaba Institute for Research, Technical Assistance and Rural Extension (Incaper) is an autonomous state that develops and promotes technological and social solutions, in addition to socializing them through of technical-scientific publications and other editorial products. Bibliometric studies of these Publications were paralyzed over time due to management changes, causing questions regarding the scope of research developed and published by the institute. As project ‘Evaluation of Incaper Publications from the Perspective of the Target Audience’, developed with resources from the Secretariat of Agriculture, Supply, Aquaculture and Fisheries (Seag), managed by Foundation for Research Support in Espírito Santo (Fapes), the evaluation of the impact of Incaper's technical-scientific production, which can be measured through bibliometrics. As objective, the work analyzed the technical-scientific production with data from Scopus, understanding the period 2000-2021 and the sample corresponding to 183 articles authored or co-authored by Incaper employees.
