The present research will consist of the practical application of a knowledge management framework in the ProcoBaja team, a team in which it is an extension project of the UTFPR, its main focus is the construction of off-road vehicles for competition and structuring the project as a company. The objective of the research is to optimize existing internal processes and standardize workflows in all subsystems present in the team. The implementation of the framework will first be applied in a reduced scope, following the five stages of elaboration presented in the work and after that in a general version in the Procobaja team, in order to enhance the team's growth in the medium and long term. The framework is intended to generate a continuous improvement of processes, and can be reused after the completion of the first improvement cycle, resembling the PDCA cycle, thus, the losses arising from crop changes of the team's students will be mitigated.
