The increase in the number of elderly in the world demands greater attetion from managers in the elaboration of public policies to provide better quality of life for the people of the Third Age. This paper presents data from the IBGE (Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics), to track the number of elderly people in Brazil, Parana and Telêmaco Borba, and SIFAM (Integrated Family) to detected the area of the city which has the largest number of elderly through these data was possible to dignose the demand of the elderly in the municipality of Telêmaco Borda for services offered by CCI (Center for Living of the Elderly), fulfilling the objective. In addition to the literature on Third Age, Quality of Life and Health, and searches the database and SIFAM IBGE, the methodology of this research also had to integrate the complementary interviews scenario. In ordem to situate the reader as to where the reserach was a topic that has prepared a brief history of the municipality and a comment section with notes for the CCI, which is the main object of this research. The results obtained by analyzing the data, show that the city region that has a greater number of elderly comprises the neghborhoods located on the left side of Telêmaco Borba. Therefore, the proposal is that the new CCI is built in the location, to reduce the route taken by visitors and provide the activities offered by the JRC for many elderly, seeking to increase self-esteem and improve the quality of life of the Third Age.
