The purpose of this paper is to highlight the thematic importance of Environmental Education as a structuring method that provides resources and civilizational trajectories that aims to contribute to a sustainable practice agroecology what happens in the context of the Solidarity Economy. She is one of the strategies invigoration of subjects in the agroecological practice in the city of Cairo, BA in society for the development of humanity and the environment. With agroecological practice allows for the participants of the same, the increase of the local economy, awareness of the importance for sustainable practice and how the solidarity economy favors to stimulate an economy geared to solidarity, a low distribution to the community. The monograph regarding this set of Environmental Education as the practice happens in a sustainable way in agroecology from the agroecological vegetable garden which has the participation of cultivation done by the women of the club Association of Mothers of the municipality of Cairo / BA community, within the framework of another form of the local economy, in which the meaningful participation of women in the association that brings together the local economy of the region along with the Solidarity Economy which also enables the development of the region in the context of sustainability.
