Summary: The design of structural elements of reinforced concrete is a complex work, involving extensive technical, theoretical and practical knowledge by the structural engineer. The discretization of the structure, stress analysis, designing and detailing demand time which can be accelerated by computer softwares. On the other hand the tools available in the Brazilian market, thus in conformity with national regulations, are generally difficult to access by its excessive price and unfriendly interface. Most affordable solutions tend not to work with the entire structure at once, spliting it part by part. This study aims to develop an open software built in the Java language. Among the features of the software are: Analysis of stress and displacements in two-dimensional frames, design and details of reinforced concrete solid slabs, continuous beams and columns. The detailed development, as well as codes, structures and results are also available.

A discretização da estrutura, a análise de esforços, o dimensionamento e o detalhamento de armaduras demandam tempo que pode ser acelerado por softwares computacionais. Por outro lado as ferramentas disponíveis no mercado brasileiro, e que por consequências estejam de acordo com as normatizações nacionais, são, em geral, de difícil acesso pelo preço excessivo e interface pouco amigável. As soluções mais acessíveis tendem a não trabalhar com a estrutura inteira, mas apenas peças específicas. O presente trabalho busca desenvolver um software aberto de amplo acesso desenvolvido em Java. Dentre as características do software estão: Análise de esforços e deslocamentos de pórticos planos, dimensionamento e detalhamento de lajes maciças, vigas contínuas e pilares em concreto armado.
