The lack of innovative technological solutions for the agribusiness of small farms makes it difficult to expand and modernize horticultural crops, one of the main barriers in agriculture being a lack of adequate irrigation. This work has as main objective the irrigation of the strawberry crop, using the Node-RED platform that will provide the data of the moisture sensors supplied along with the substrate where the plants are fixed, allowing the automatic control of the irrigation according to the moisture of the substrate on which the plant is inserted. The system also provides for the remote monitoring of relative humidity data presented according to the sensors. It is emphasized that this work does not have the objective of dimensioning the pipes and capacity of transport of fluids by the pumps. At the end of this work we can see the different possibilities of applying this prototype, thus offering not only a product, but a service that has the capacity to adapt to different types of crops.
