The construction scenario is in constant expansion, which the subject of the construction companies is to innovate more and more, as a way to sustain in this competitive environment. In this perspective, sees the companies needs relative the planning of future requirements. Among the achievements with the planning are the high index of productivity and quality, more facility to achieve goals and objectives, compatibility between the diverse sectors of the company and greater customer satisfaction. This work intend to show how the planning in the construction can contribute to meeting deadlines and, consequently, that the desired results to be achieved efficiently. Represents still the executive planning of a service, laying ceramic for floor, but can be applied to all others services of a shell-work. Was performed the literature review to obtain the necessary basis to compare the practice with theory, bringing up the main differences and identifying the appropriate solution to each situation. It was possible to develop a work instruction that provides the necessary subsidy to the execution of the service in the best possible way. Believes that through the work utilization instructions for every services is possible the padronization and the waste decrease and eventual failure that happens in his executing. Believes still, to be the lack of planning the main factor that prevents that the service happens how expected, because the planning has many benefits that may improve the service and the final product offer by the company.
