Impacts of teacher training policies: perceptions of PIBID and RP scholarship holders

Summary: This article presents the results of a research on teacher training programs: PIBID and Pedagogical Residency. In this section, this article aims to understand the impacts of the experiences that occur in the approximation of the university with the educational networks through the insertion of scholarship students in public schools from the perspective of scholarship holders/residents of ID. The study was conducted with 100 scholarship holders/residents, belonging to the PIBID Programs and Pedagogical Residency, students of a Federal Institute. A qualitative approach was used, with an analytical-descriptive and interpretative characteristic, and as a data collection instrument, the Focus Group was used. The final considerations reinforce that the two Teaching Initiation Programs contribute positively to the training of teachers, in view of the reports presented by the scholarship holders/residents, the PIBID and the PR Program proved to be important fields of experience, as they can help in critical and reflective training. For this reason, the PIBID and Pedagogical Residency Programs are essential in the Teacher Training Policies in our country.

Este artículo presenta los resultados de una encuesta sobre los Programas de Formación de Profesores de Residencia Pedagógica y PIBID. En ese contexto, este artículo tiene como objetivo comprender cuáles son las impresiones de las experiencias que se dan en el acercamiento de la universidad con las redes educativas a través de la inserción de becarios en escuelas públicas en la perspectiva de becarios/residentes de iniciación a la docencia y residentes El estudio se realizó con 100 becarios/residentes, pertenecientes a los Programas PIBID y Residencia Pedagógica, estudiantes de un Instituto Federal. Se utilizó un enfoque cualitativo, con recurso analítico-descriptivo e interpretativo y como instrumento de recolección de datos fue utilizado por el Grupo Focal. Las consideraciones finales refuerzan que los dos Programas de Iniciación a la Docencia iniciaron de manera positiva en la formación de docentes, en vista de los informes presentados por los becarios/residentes. El PIBID y el Programa de RR.PP. consideraron importantes campos de experiencia, por el potencial de formación crítica y reflexiva. De esta forma, los Programas PIBID y Residencia Pedagógica se muestran indispensables como Políticas de Formación Docente en nuestro país. Este artigo apresenta resultados de uma pesquisa sobre os Programas de formação de Professores PIBID e Residência Pedagógica. Neste recorte, o presente artigo tem como objetivo compreender quais os impactos das experiências que ocorrem na aproximação da universidade com as redes educacionais por meio da inserção dos/as estudantes-bolsistas nas escolas públicas na perspectiva de bolsistas/residentes de iniciação à docência e residentes. O estudo foi realizado com 100 bolsistas/residentes, pertencentes aos Programas PIBID e Residência Pedagógica, estudantes de um Instituto Federal. Utilizou-se da abordagem qualitativa, de característica analítico-descritiva e interpretativa e como instrumento de coleta de dados foi utilizado o Grupo Focal. As considerações finais reforçam que os dois Programas de Iniciação à docência contribuem de forma positiva na formação de professores, diante dos relatos apresentados pelos bolsistas/residentes. O PIBID e o Programa de RP se mostraram importantes campos de experiência, em razão de potencializar a formação crítica e reflexiva.
