Participaram 145 crianças de seis a nove anos de idade ( 8,1±1,0) de ambos os sexos. Como instrumento de medida utilizou- se o Teste de Desenvolvimento Motor Grosso 2 (TGMD2), desenvolvido por Ulrich, validado por Valentini et al. A coleta de dados foi realizada no próprio ambiente escolar das crianças.
