Summary: | The aim of this article is to bring the epistemological debate within the social sciences to the study of organizations in an attempt to broaden the vision under the focus of a paradigm different from the one usually accepted within this organizational environment, working on new concepts and the role of knowledge both from the point of view of from an epistemological and ontological viewpoint within the interorganizational process of knowledge, as a possibility that this can transcend horizons and remove obstacles that have long been calcified within organizational knowledge management. The authors Nonaka and Takeuchi (1997) are the theoretical framework used to highlight the existing differences they point out between Western and Eastern philosophy. In order to satisfy these objectives, an exploratory theoretical research was carried out. As a conclusion regarding this universe of multiple possibilities, circumscribed in the universe of organizations, greater focus is given to the potential of interaction between tacit and explicit knowledge, as well as the importance of aspects related to memory in the production of new knowledge and innovation. |

The authors Nonaka and Takeuchi (1997) are the theoretical framework used to highlight the existing differences they point out between Western and Eastern philosophy. As a conclusion regarding this universe of multiple possibilities, circumscribed in the universe of organizations, greater focus is given to the potential of interaction between tacit and explicit knowledge, as well as the importance of aspects related to memory in the production of new knowledge and innovation.O objetivo desse artigo é trazer para o estudo das organizações o debate epistemológico dentro das ciências sociais numa busca de ampliar a visão sob o enfoque de um paradigma diferente do usualmente aceito dentro desse ambiente organizacional, trabalhando novos conceitos e o papel do conhecimento tanto do ponto de vista epistemológico como ontológico dentro do processo interorganizacional do conhecimento, como uma possibilidade que essa possa transcender horizontes e remover entraves há muito calcificado dentro da gestão do conhecimento organizacional. Universidade LaSalle - Unilasalle Canoas2022-12-21info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionPesquisa teóricaapplication/pdfhttps://revistas.unilasalle.edu.br/index.php/Mouseion/article/view/938310.18316/mouseion.v0i42.9383Mouseion; No. 42 (2022)Revista Mouseion; n. 42 (2022)1981-7207reponame:Mouseion (Canoas)instname:Centro Universitário La Salle (Unilasalle)instacron:UNILASALLEporhttps://revistas.unilasalle.edu.br/index.php/Mouseion/article/view/9383/pdfCopyright (c) 2022 Mouseioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessBavaresco, SaleteTELLES, TAMARA CECILIA KARAWEJCZYK2023-01-06T17:42:40Zoai:ojs.revistas.unilasalle.edu.br:article/9383Revistahttps://revistas.unilasalle.edu.br/index.php/MouseionPRIhttps://revistas.unilasalle.edu.br/index.php/Mouseion/oaimouseion@unilasalle.edu.br||revista.mouseion@unilasalle.edu.br1981-72071981-7207opendoar:2023-01-06T17:42:40Mouseion (Canoas) - Centro Universitário La Salle (Unilasalle)false |
