Benefits of creatine as a nutritional supplement

Summary: Introduction: Creatine has been increasingly used to optimize the physical condition in strength training, increase muscle mass and association of its supplementation as a dietary supplement and for aesthetic purposes. This study will contain data based on a literature search in order to analyze the available information on the subject. This is a review that will include data from the analysis of information from academic sites such as Scielo and Pubmed, and to integrate ro content, books and articles from the area of sports nutrition will be used as inclusion criteria. All will guide the theoretical development of the research presented in order to cover the topics addressed in a descriptive way. Specific Objective: To analyze the chemical characteristics present in creatine, investigate the effects of creatine supplementation on body composition of bodybuilding practitioners, and verify a diet and supplementation strategy allied to bodybuilding practice. General Objective: To present the action of creatine and its benefits as a supplement during physical activity allied to a balanced diet and the action in the body and its benefits as a supplement during physical activity, highlighting the most frequently obtained results. Conclusion: Through the development of this research, it is possible to identify the positive effects of creatine supplementation through literature, respecting the individuality of each person and making conscious use of this ergogenic resource.

Este estudio contendrá datos basados ​​en la investigación bibliográfica con el fin de analizar la información disponible sobre el tema. Esta es una revisión que incluirá datos del análisis de información de sitios académicos como Scielo y Pubmed y para integrar el contenido se utilizarán como criterios de inclusión libros y artículos del área de nutrición deportiva. Todos guiarán el desarrollo teórico de la investigación presentada con el fin de abarcar los temas abordados de manera descriptiva. Objetivo específico: Analizar las características químicas presentes en la creatina, investigar los efectos de la suplementación con creatina en la composición corporal de los fisicoculturistas y verificar una estrategia de alimentación y suplementación combinada con la práctica del fisicoculturismo. Objetivo general: Dar a conocer la acción de la creatina y sus beneficios como complemento durante la actividad física combinada con una dieta equilibrada y la acción sobre el organismo y sus beneficios como complemento durante la actividad física, destacando los resultados obtenidos con mayor frecuencia. Conclusión: A través del desarrollo de esta investigación, es posible identificar los efectos positivos de la suplementación con creatina a través de la literatura, respetando la individualidad de cada persona y haciendo el uso consciente de este recurso ergogénico.Introdução: A creatina vem sendo cada vez mais utilizada para otimização da condição física no treinamento de força, aumento da massa muscular e associação da sua suplementação como complemento da dieta e para fins estéticos. Este estudo conterá dados baseados em pesquisa bibliográfica com o intuito de analisar as informações disponíveis sobre o tema. Trata-se de uma revisão que incluirá dados a partir da análise de informações de sites acadêmicos como Scielo e Pubmed e para integrar o conteúdo, livros e artigos da área de nutrição esportiva, serão utilizados como critérios de inclusão. Todos nortearão o desenvolvimento teórico da pesquisa apresentada de forma a abranger os temas abordados de forma descritiva. Objetivo específico: Analisar as características químicas presente na creatina, investigar os efeitos da suplementação de creatina sobre a composição corporal de praticantes de musculação, e verificar uma estratégia de dieta e suplementação aliada a prática de musculação. Objetivo geral: Apresentar a ação da creatina e seus benefícios, como suplemento durante a atividade física aliado a uma dieta equilibrada e a ação no organismo e seus benefícios como suplemento durante a atividade física, destacando os resultados obtidos com mais frequência.
