Summary: This article aims to understand how to configure the interorganizational relations on Route Salamarias, identifying the possible gains from this cooperative relation. Therefore, there was an exploratory research, multicase type and qualitative approach to data analysis. The search field constitutes the route of Salamarias, productive cluster of small farms, located in the Marau city, north of state Rio Grande do Sul. The results evidence that the established interorganizational relations has brought satisfactory results to those involved, with intensive cooperation between them. The findings point to a mutual compromise between the participants, trust and transparency in relations, presenting as a case of productive successful cluster, which maintains intense interorganizational relations.

Por lo tanto, se utilizó una investigación exploratoria, el tipo multicaso y enfoque cualitativo para el análisis de datos. El campo de búsqueda constituye la Ruta de Salamarias, racimo productiva de las pequeñas explotaciones, situada en el municipio de Marau, al norte del Rio Grande do Sul. Los resultados muestran que las relaciones interorganizacionales establecidas ha dado resultados satisfactorios a los implicados, con una intensa cooperación entre ellos. Los resultados apuntan a un compromiso mutuo entre los participantes, la confianza y la transparencia en las relaciones, que se presenta como un caso de éxito clúster productiva, que mantiene las relaciones interorganizacionales intensas.O presente artigo tem como objetivo compreender como se configuram as relações interorganizacionais na Rota das Salamarias, identificando os possíveis ganhos dessa relação de cooperação. Para tanto, realizou-se uma pesquisa exploratória, do tipo multicaso e com abordagem qualitativa na análise dos dados. O campo de pesquisa se constitui na Rota das Salamarias, aglomerado produtivo de pequenas propriedades rurais, localizado no município de Marau, região norte do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul. Os resultados evidenciam que as relações interorganizacionais estabelecidas tem trazido resultados satisfatórios aos envolvidos, havendo intensa cooperação entre os mesmos.
