Summary: | This report describes the actions related to the Tribute to Paulo Freire, made from April to September 2021, by the Regional Education Development Coordination (CREDE 15), located in the municipality of Tauá, in the interior of Ceará. The objective of the experience was to develop a training action for teachers and school administrators, to honor Paulo Freire and highlight the value of his legacy to education, considering the challenging context of the Covid 19 pandemic, as well as the attacks on his memory, philosophy and pedagogy.Were done remote meetings were held through the Google Meet Platform, which contemplated the reflections on Paulo Freire's biography and legacy for education, focusing on the collective and dialogued analysis of two of his works: The importance of the act of reading and Pedagogy of Autonomy. For the accomplishment of the tribute, we had the involvement of 45 educators and we used as methodology the dialogic get-togethers on the selected works and the talk teacher session!. We defend that it is important to instigate reading spaces for studies and appreciation of the Freirean legacy, especially for the training of educators, in view of the chaotic Brazilian political and social scenario in which we are located today. We were moved by the idea that this experience is a way to “hope” in the face of the challenges that are posed. |

El objetivo de la experiencia fue desarrollar una acción formativa para profesores y gestores escolares, para rendir homenaje a Paulo Freire y resaltar el valor de su legado a la educación, teniendo en cuenta el desafiante contexto de la pandemia del Covid 19, así como los ataques a su memoria, filosofía y pedagogía. Se realizaron cuatro encuentros a distancia, a través de la plataforma Google Meet, para reflexionar sobre la biografía y el legado de Paulo Freire para la educación, centrándose en el análisis colectivo y dialogado de dos de sus obras: La importancia de leer y Pedagogía de la autonomía. Para la realización del Homenaje, contamos con la participación de 45 educadores y utilizamos como metodología las Tertulias Dialógicas sobre las obras seleccionadas y la sesión "¡Hable Profesor!” Creemos que es importante promover espacios de lectura para el estudio y la valoración del legado freireano, especialmente para la formación de educadores, dado el caótico escenario político y social brasileño en el que nos encontramos hoy. Nos conmovió la idea de que esta experiencia es una forma de "esperanza" ante los retos que se plantean.Este relato descreve as ações relativas ao Tributo a Paulo Freire, realizado no período de abril a setembro de 2021, pela Coordenadoria Regional de Desenvolvimento da Educação (CREDE 15), situada no município de Tauá, sertão cearense. O objetivo da experiência consistiu desenvolver uma ação formativa de professores e gestores escolares para homenagear Paulo Freire e para ressaltar o valor do seu legado à educação, considerando o contexto desafiador da pandemia do Covid 19, bem como os ataques a sua memória, filosofia e pedagogia. Foram realizados quatro encontros remotos, por meio da Plataforma Google Meet, que contemplaram a reflexão sobre a biografia e o legado de Paulo Freire para a educação, tendo como foco a análise coletiva e dialogada de duas de suas obras: A importância do ato de ler e Pedagogia da Autonomia. Para a realização do Tributo, contamos com o envolvimento de 45 educadores e utilizamos como metodologia as Tertúlias Dialógicas sobre as obras selecionadas e a sessão Fala Professor!. Defendemos que é relevante fomentar espaços de leitura para estudos e valorização do legado freireano, sobretudo, para a formação dos educadores, diante do cenário político e social brasileiro caótico, no qual estamos situados hoje.
