Sigabem Project: Migration of applications developed in free software to the ArcGIS platform

Summary:  The ArcGIS Enterprise platform consists of advanced mapping and analytical reasoning tools and offers a set of location-based functionalities. The Sigabem project, which integrates this work, has been developed through various tools in search of technological accessibility solutions for people with disabilities in the Metropolitan Region of Recife. This work aimed to present the migration steps of the applications developed to the ArcGIS platform, using a tool that could provide the resources and implement the requirements of Sigabem Web and Sigabem App, developed on an open-source platform for a specific demand. The methodology was based on the use of Figma for prototyping the application screens and the use of Web AppBuilder and Experience Builder tools from the ArcGIS platform to implement the functionalities of the open-source software. It was observed that through the use of these tools, it was possible to explore and implement certain functionalities according to the application requirements and project needs. These tools are suitable and fulfill their purpose as a source of low-code solutions where programming language is not essential.

O projeto Sigabem, que integra este trabalho, vem sendo desenvolvido através de várias ferramentas em busca de soluções tecnológicas de acessibilidade para pessoas com deficiência ao transporte público na Região Metropolitana do Recife.  Esse trabalho objetivou apresentar as etapas de migração das aplicações desenvolvidas para a plataforma ArcGIS, através de uma ferramenta que fosse capaz de oferecer os recursos e implementar os requisitos do Sigabem Web e Sigabem App, desenvolvidos em plataforma livre para uma demanda específica. A metodologia baseou-se na utilização do Figma para prototipação das telas das aplicações e na utilização das ferramentas Web AppBuilder e Experience Builder da plataforma ArcGIS para implementação das funcionalidades do software livre. Observou-se através da utilização das ferramentas ser possível explorar e implementar certas funcionalidades, de acordo com os requisitos das aplicações e necessidades do projeto.
