Qual o papel do profissional de enfermagem no acolhimento humanizado em saúde mental? Que importância tem para o paciente o acolhimento humanizado? Teve como objetivos discorrer sobre o acolhimento humanizado em saúde mental utilizando como metodologia a pesquisa bibliográfica a cerca do tema acolhimento humanizado em saúde mental. Partindo desta perspectiva, o acolhimento é um modo de operar os processos de trabalho em saúde, visando atender os usuários de uma forma receptiva e atenciosa, assumindo uma postura capaz de escutar, acolher e ajustar respostas mais adequadas aos usuários. ________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACTThis study sought through their guiding questions are: How humanized care has been provided to patients with mental illness? What is the role of the nursing professional in humanized care in mental health? How important is for the patient humanized host? Was to discuss goals on humanized care in mental health using as methodology the literature about the subject humanized care in mental health.
