Endodontic treatments weaken dental structures, compromising their mechanical resistance. In such cases, the search for methods that ensure the longevity of the treated tooth becomes essential. Biomimetic dentistry, in constant evolution, proposes the use of biocompatible materials capable of preserving dental structure, optimizing the adhesion of restorative systems, and replicating natural biomechanics. This study aimed to report the clinical case of a female patient presenting with tooth 36 and extensive coronal structural loss. Rehabilitation was performed through the association of polyethylene fiber as a reinforcing material and a semi-direct restoration. This approach demonstrated satisfactory functional and esthetic outcomes, highlighting the potential of combining these resources in the rehabilitation of teeth with severe structural compromise.
