The objective of this research is to present the conditions of Fortaleza de Reis Magos - Natal/RN regarding structural accessibility and service for people with visual impairment [blind or partially sighted]. In an exploratory-descriptive character, in this research a qualitative approach was carried out from a technical visit, where it was observed the accessibility conditions of the tourist equipment from a list of strategies implemented in museums of Latin America and the Caribbean, taken as references in the subject. Noting issues involving infrastructural and public service demands of visually impaired people, there was a large lack of physical aspects of access and permanence in space, such as the qualification of those who work in the Fortaleza de Reis Magos to attend this public. The research concluded that it is necessary to invest not only in the remodeling of the space, but also in the training of its collaborators, making Fortaleza de Reis Magos accessible to the visually impaired.
