Since the Industrial Revolution, the growth of the cities in all continents of the world has intensified and with this growth also appeared several social problems. Some of these problems can be minimized through information systems. However, in contemporary times, each city has computer systems created with different technologies and managed in isolation to meet their demands - traffic congestion, hospital management, first aid care, garbage collection, among others. The noninteroperation of these systems makes it impossible, most times, to optimize and service efficiency. Furthermore, if these systems were integrated, this union could bring results previously unimaginable, when compared to the ones acquired by each system in isolation, being more than the sum of the systems involved. From 2016 to the present day, a platform called Mandala is being developed as a possible alternative for the solution of the presented problem because it abstracts away the heterogeneity of legacy systems and minimizes the work of the responsible ones in accomplishing integration and interoperability with other systems. This work aims to develop a component, constituent of Mandala, that allows specifying of Systems Systems (SoS) to integrate systems used in the city with minimum code change of such constituent systems. Afterwards, an experiment with fictitious systems was performed to test its functionality.
