Summary: Given the broad and notorious performance of the Ayrton Senna Institute (IAS) in Brazil and public school network in Maceió/Alagoas, the current study is concerned with the presentation and analysis of the network of relationships that substantiates the public-private partnership (PPP) between the IAS and Maceió Municipal Education Secretariat (SEMED). The main results of the research shows that there are three fronts that connect with the State through PPP, they are the International Organizations, the Non-Profit Associations (ASFL) and private companies. When participating in public education, this network acts in such a way as toinsert, through consensus, the logic of the private over the public.

Mezclándoseenlaeducación pública, estaredactúa de tal manera que inserta, por consenso, la lógica de lo privado sobre lo público.  Diante da expansiva e notória atuação do Instituto Ayrton Senna (IAS) no Brasil e na rede pública de ensino da capital alagoana, o presente texto preocupa-se com a apresentação e análise da rede de relações que substancia a parceria público-privada (PPP) entre o IAS e a Secretaria Municipal de Educação de Maceió (SEMED). Os principais resultados da pesquisa apontam que são três as frentes que se relacionam com o Estado através das PPP, sendo elas os Organismos Internacionais, as Associações Sem Fins Lucrativos (ASFL) e as empresas privadas.
