Intrafamilial sexual violence against children and adolescents is a serious violation of human rights, occurring within the family environment, where the perpetrators are relatives or close friends. Research shows a significant increase following crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic. This article aims to investigate the forms in which this violence occurs, emphasizing legal specifics and social implications. The research highlights the importance of the Child and Adolescent Statute (ECA), the Federal Constitution, and the Penal Code, which establish legal frameworks for the protection of minors, although statistics indicate a troubling rise in abuse cases. The analysis focuses on data from 2020 to 2023, showing an increase in the number of reports of sexual violence, especially within households, using bibliographic and documentary methodologies, combined with the deductive method. Moreover, the article proposes effective public policies for the prevention and support of victims, including educational programs on consent, professional training, and the creation of specialized care centers. Finally, the article concludes that the protection of victims should be the priority in any intervention, requiring a collective effort from society to promote awareness and concrete actions. Strengthening support networks and implementing prevention policies are crucial to ensuring a safe and healthy environment for children and adolescents.
