Summary: The study was aimed at a focus group of 10 years old students who studied at a public school in the Federal District, in 2018. Starting from the question: how does the public institution educate its students to use virtual communication? In this way, the objective is to discuss the right to communication in a state of law formed by a traditional hierarchical bureaucracy. The Federal District has an estimated population of 2 million inhabitants, divided into 31 satellite cities. The action research method was used, with interview techniques, data analysis on students actions on social networks, with observation on the techniques-economic paradigm that criticizes new commitments to the information society. Information and knowledge are indispensable for any activity within organizations and, therefore, it is necessary to remove the utopian exaggerations that constitute “computopia”.

A informação e o conhecimento são indispensáveis para qualquer atividade dentro das organizações e, por isso, é preciso retirar os exageros utópicos que configuram a “computopia”.Federal University of Goias2024-12-28info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://revistas.ufg.br/lahrs/article/view/8220910.5216/lahrs.v4.82209Latin American Human Rights Studies; Bd. 4 (2024): Human Rights Perspectives from Mexico and BrazilLatin American Human Rights Studies; Vol. 4 (2024): Human Rights Perspectives from Mexico and BrazilLatin American Journal of Human Rights; Vol. 4 (2024): Human Rights Perspectives from Mexico and BrazilLatin American Journal of Human Rights; Vol. 4 (2024): Human Rights Perspectives from Mexico and BrazilLatin American Journal of Human Rights; V. 4 (2024): Human Rights Perspectives from Mexico and BrazilLatin American Human Rights Studies; v. 4 (2024): Human Rights Perspectives from Mexico and Brazil2763-8162reponame:Latin American Human Rights Studiesinstname:Universidade Federal de Goiás (UFG)instacron:UFGenghttps://revistas.ufg.br/lahrs/article/view/82209/42533Copyright (c) 2024 Latin American Human Rights Studieshttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessAlessandro Rezende da SilvaHelenice Aparecida de Oliveira2025-04-01T22:20:30Zoai:ojs.revistas.ufg.br:article/82209Revistahttps://revistas.ufg.br/lahrs/PUBhttps://revistas.ufg.br/lahrs/oaiheitor@heitorpagliaro.com2763-81622763-8162opendoar:2025-04-01T22:20:30Latin American Human Rights Studies - Universidade Federal de Goiás (UFG)false
