Summary: O artigo destaca interlocuções mediadas por vivências entre artes, museus e ruas,visando compartilhar experiências que possibilitem o exercício de pensar a arteenquanto força propulsora de reflexões e de diálogos construtores de açõesvoltadas para a percepção e a expressão de demandas urgentes de grupos e sujeitosmarginalizados. Com o objetivo de refletir a respeito da arte e o poder de mediarcaminhos pedagógicos mais dialógicos e democráticos, o texto remete-se ao artistacontemporâneo Vik Muniz por sua característica de buscar evidenciar o processo deseu fazer artístico na construção da obra de arte, como forma de inquietar-se edialogar com o que é geralmente considerado poeira social.Palavras-chave: Instituinte, arte, dialógico, exclusão-inclusão, Vik Muniz
