Literature reviews play a key role in academic and scientific research, they are usually carried out with the aim of understanding the current state of knowledge on a subject. Through them, we can map what has already been accomplished and move forward making new discoveries. In view of this, this work had the general objective of presenting a bibliometric analysis on the scientific production of R&D Project Management and its Technology Transfer in Universities. The methodology for this study was bibliographical, quantitative, descriptive and bibliometric research, collecting studies from the Web of Science base in the period from 2017 to 2023. Twenty eight relevant studies were retrieved that characterize the nature of the publications considering the quantity, type, year, main authors and journals, number of citations, languages, countries and themes. The results indicate an evolution in terms of quantity and demonstrate the impact that these publications have on scientific and technological monitoring and development.
