Summary: Este artigo tece considerações sobre a ligação entre o direito e a ideologia. Em primeiro lugar, coloca o tema da ideologia em sua relação com o contexto geral de produção de conhecimento científico. Em seguida, trata da superação da ideia de neutralidade do direito por meio da crítica dos fundamentos teóricos da dogmática jurídica. Por fim, enfoca a atuação judicial vista como instrumento estatal de reprodução de uma ideologia de dominação social.
