Summary: This statement on the DCNEM (Opinion CEN / CEB15 / 98 and Resolution CEN / CEB 03/98), clarify some of its points that we consider to be in contradiction with an LDB, and propose an interpretation according to LDB, especially in its article 36, Paragraph 1, item III, and thereby amend the provisions of Resolution CEN / CEB 03/98, article 10, paragraph 2. (b)
