Summary: This article emphasizes the important role that geometry has gained momentum in the context of teaching computer-aided geometry. Is also to understand unexpected actions, called scenarios surprise, according to the theory of Santana (2002) in educational software for dynamic geometry. From these situations, due to computational constraints, we hypotheses that allow us to observe new perspectives on old problems, as well as the emergence of authentic problems demonstration. The objective of this study is to understand the role of computers in teaching mathematics through the analysis of situations that arise in the process of manipulating computer programs aimed at teaching, checking the types of limitations that may occur when attempting to use the computer in mathematical validation process. We analyze aspects of the dynamic geometry software GeoGebra for a practical reflection on the situations surprising, considering the limits and possibilities of computer technology in current teaching of Mathematics.
