THE USE OF THE INVERTED CLASSROOM ACTIVE METHODOLOGY IN TEACHER TRAINING IN PANDEMIC TIMES

Summary: This work is an experience report of the application of a training course for teachers with active methodologies, remotely, with the purpose of providing students with training to work with active methodologies. It is also investigated remnants of mechanized learning, at this time of a pandemic, however, it is necessary to prepare another article to analyze the data, not fitting in this work to expose this quantification, but to report the experience of it. With this, the theoretical foundation denounces the traditional practices that still permeate teaching today, justifying the need to train teachers to provide an active and meaningful learning experience. For the implementation of the course, Google Classroom was used together with the Inverted Classroom. This platform enabled the collection of research data as well as favoring the organization of the virtual environment. It is concluded that the production of pedagogical materials to assist and guide through active methodologies is of great importance, since most of the works are in normal moments and not exceptional ones like the one now.

También se investigan remanentes del aprendizaje mecanizado, en este momento de pandemia, sin embargo, es necesario preparar otro artículo para analizar los datos, no cabiendo en este trabajo exponer esa cuantificación, sino relatar la experiencia de la misma. Con esto, la fundamentación teórica denuncia las prácticas tradicionales que aún permean la enseñanza en la actualidad, justificando la necesidad de formar docentes para brindar una experiencia de aprendizaje activa y significativa. Para la implementación del curso se utilizó Google Classroom junto con el Aula Invertida. Esta plataforma permitió la recopilación de datos de investigación y también favoreció la organización del entorno virtual. Se concluye que la producción de materiales pedagógicos que ayuden y orienten a través de metodologías activas es de gran importancia, ya que la mayoría de los trabajos se encuentran en momentos normales y no excepcionales como el actual.Este trabalho trata de um relato de experiência da aplicação de um curso de formação de docentes com metodologias ativas, de forma remota, com o propósito de proporcionar aos educandos capacitação para o trabalho com metodologias ativas. Investiga-se também, resquícios da aprendizagem mecanizada, neste momento de pandemia, entretanto é necessário a elaboração de outro artigo, para analisar os dados, não cabendo neste trabalho expor essa quantificação, mas sim, relatar a experiência do mesmo. Com isso, a fundamentação teórica denuncia as práticas tradicionais que ainda permeiam no ensino atualmente, justificando a necessidade de capacitação dos professores para oportunizar um aprendizagem ativo e significativo. Para a implementação do curso, utilizou-se o Google Sala de Aula juntamente com a Sala de Aula Invertida. Esta plataforma, possibilitou a coleta dos dados da pesquisa como também favoreceu a organização do ambiente virtual.
