Summary: This article analyzes the impact the Internet a masturbation course for women who want to empower them on your body and your sexuality, sponsored by a private company, in Salvador. The theme is justified as a result of the historical process is treated as the issue of female pleasure. The authors take as a basis the Ibahia website has published, on 24 August 2015, the first information about the event. From this site another 25 reprinted the same information about the course, including a portal of the Catholic Church that brought the headline of the matter: “The advancement of modern Sodom”. The analysis was made through a mapping in Google platform as well as in print sites. The main objective is to understand how online media outlets make speeches about sexuality to attract Internet users and what the reaction of the same at the news. The survey found that in Bahia News website it was the most widely read publication this week, with over 100 comments in the post, many biased and aggressive as: “It should be a preparatory course for girls who want to follow a call girl career”, “I will lend my ass for this class there”.”The study takes as theoretical Foucault, especially in his concepts of power and sexuality device, as female masturbation is observed to this day as taboo.

A temática é justificada em decorrência do próprio processo histórico de como é tratada a questão do prazer feminino. A autora toma como base o site Ibahia, que publicou, em 24 de agosto de 2015, a primeira informação sobre o evento. A partir deste site outros 25 republicaram a mesma informação sobre o curso, incluindo um portal da Igreja Católica que trouxe como manchete da matéria: “O avanço da Sodoma moderna”. A análise foi feita através de um mapeamento na plataforma Google, bem como, de captura de tela dos sites. O objetivo principal é entender como os veículos de comunicação on-line formam seus discursos sobre a sexualidade para atrair os internautas e qual é a reação deles diante da notícia. A pesquisa verificou que foi a publicação mais lida da semana no site Bahia, com mais de 100 comentários na postagem, muitos preconceituosos e agressivos como: “Deve ser um curso preparatório para as meninas que querem seguir carreira de garota de programa”, “vou emprestar meu jumento para essa turma aí”.
