Summary: An updated version of the semi-analytical model for describing the steady-state concentration in the atmospheric boundary layer is presented here. Two inversion methods of the Laplace transform are tested: the Gaussian Quadrature scheme and the Fixed-Talbot method. The model takes into account settling velocity, removal (wet and dry deposition), and first order chemical reactions. The capability of the model to accurately predict the ground-level concentration is demonstrated qualitative and quantitatively. The results are in good agreement with experimental data.
