Profissionalidade docente: aprender a ensinar no contexto de 1º e 2º ciclo do ensino básico

O presente relatório surge no âmbito do Mestrado na Área de Formação de Professores – Especialidade em 1º e 2º Ciclo do Ensino Básico e evidencia a prática educativa em duas instituições, em contexto de 1º e 2º Ciclos do Ensino Básico, num período de quatro meses de estágio cada nível de ensino. Tal como o título refere - “aprender a ensinar”-, são reunidas neste documento as evidências da estratégia educativa definida, sustentada por teorias públicas e pela metodologia de investigação, que permitiu à estagiária aprender, desaprender e a (re)aprender de forma contínua e continuada a ensinar em ambos os contextos. O estágio proporcionou momentos de intervenção pedagógica, semelhantes à nossa futura atividade profissional, em contexto do 1º e 2º Ciclos do Ensino Básico, como docente generalista. Esta intervenção educativa surgiu de situações de observação e identificação das necessidades das turmas, que se traduziram nas planificações de aulas, concretização e avaliação das mesmas. Assim, com este processo, a estagiária agiu de forma intencional, crítica e refletida, com o objetivo de promover e desenvolver nos alunos variadas e significativas experiências pedagógicas. Este relatório é a descrição da prática educativa, bem como a caracterização das duas instituições e respetivos grupos. Na intervenção educativa, a estagiária teve a oportunidade de colocar em prática muitos dos conhecimentos adquiridos durante a Licenciatura em Educação Básica, privilegiando a utilização de diversos procedimentos/instrumentos investigativos: pesquisas bibliográficas, análise de documentos, reflexões semanais, registos de observações, registos fotográficos, entre outros, que apoiaram a construção deste documento que agora se divulga. ABSTRACT This report comes under the Master Degree in Elementary School Teacher Training - 1st and 2nd Cycles and shows the educational practice in two institutions, in the context of 1st and 2nd Cycles of Basic Education, in a four-month internship in each context. As it can be inferred from the title - "learning to teach" - in this document is collected he evidence of defined educational strategy, supported by public theories and by research methodology, which allowed the intern to learn, unlearn, and (re)learn to teach in a continuous and continued way in both contexts. The internship provided moments of pedagogical intervention, similar to our future professional activity, in the context of the 1st and 2nd Cycles of Basic Education, in the capacity of a generalist teacher. This educational intervention is put into action by means of observing and identifying the needs of the classes, which led to situations of class planning, implementation and evaluation. Thus, with this process the intern acted intentionally, critically and reflectedly, with the purpose of promoting and developping pupils’ varied and significant pedagogical experiences. This report is the description of an educational practice, as well as the characterization of two institutions and their groups of pupils. In the education intervention the intern had the opportunity to put into practice many of the skills acquired during the Degree in Primary Education, favouring the use of various procedures / investigative tools: literature searches, document analysis, weekly reflections, observing logs, photographic records, among others, that supported the construction of this document hereby disclosed.ESEPF17
