Resumo: | By producing electricity in Self-consumption, public buildings promote energy savings and reduce the electric bill of the property. This Self-consumption is ensured through Production Units for Self-Consumption (UPAC), mainly based on solar photovoltaic technology. Its design and implementation should be very detailed and clear in the Specifications Document so that the UPAC are perfectly framed with the consumption facilities to which they are associated. However, the customer, as a contracting authority is not always aware of the profile that the UPAC should have, as the companies that apply for the project of the system do not always present the most appropriate solutions in the proposal. In this sense, it should be provided to the contracting authority a clear and detailed Specifications Document for Photovoltaic Systems for Self-consumption, where procedures and technical details should be as complete as possible for the common interest of the client and competing companies. The goal of this dissertation is to meet this gap, by providing guidelines and best practices for the elaboration of the Specifications Document for Photovoltaic Systems of Self-consumption. |
