O Rorschach e o agir na patologia borderline: A alucinação negativa e a simbolização

O nosso objectivo é aceder à natureza dos mecanismos psíquicos e dos processos mentais e relacionais subjacentes ao agir na patologia borderline, concebendo-os como uma procura de continente, sentido e simbolização que actua contra a ameaça do nada, que se encontra subjacente à insubstância do simbólico. Para pôr à prova esta concepção, concebemos o Rorschach como um “espaço virtual de alucinação negativa”, assimilando pressupostos metodológicos que estabelecem o instrumento como um “espaço de relação, interpretação, comunicação e simbolização”. Em termos conclusivos julgamos ter prestado um contributo teórico para a compreensão dos fenómenos do agir, na medida em que o concebemos de um modo distinto das concepções anteriores; assim como um contributo metodológico, na medida em que a Psicologia Clínica se tem mostrado destituída de métodos e técnicas aptos a abordar a dimensão do negativo, a presença de fundo do nada e a ocorrência da alucinação negativa. ABSTRACT We have attempted to reach the psychic mechanisms together with mental and relational processes, underlying acting in the Borderline pathology, conceiving it as a search for continent, sense and symbolisation, which acts against the threat of nothing that underlies the absence of substance of symbolic. To test this conception, we regard Rorschach as a “virtual space of negative hallucination”, by assimilating previous methodological assumptions that establish the instrument as “a space of relationship, interpretation, communication and symbolisation”. All in all, we believe to have presented a new theoretical contribution to the understanding of the phenomena involving acting, to the extent that we have conceived it differently from the previous conceptions; as well as a new methodical contribution, since the Clinical Psychology has proved to lack the methods and techniques fit to tackle the dimension of negative, in other words, the fundamental presence of nothing as well as the occurrence of negative hallucination.
