Summary: This work project accompanies the creationof an early-stage startup withinthe ecosystemof NovaSBE,introducingan app with aTinder-likealgorithm that allows consumers to matchtheir perfect restaurant experience. The work project aims to validate both sides of the novel two-sided platform in the hospitality industry for achieving problem/solution fit. During extensive field research, the methodologies of the Customer Development process along with the Lean Start up method are applied. As the validation process was impacted by the COVID-19pandemic,this work project includes continuous adaptions to changing governmental regulationsin combination withlimitedfinancialresources.
