Pois, cada ano que passa verifica-se sempre maior número de casos de violência doméstica, é preciso efetuar mudanças à lei para inverter este crescimento.Também é preciso separar o que é efetivamente crime de violência doméstica, de outros crimes.O maior motivo que nos levou a efetuar a investigação a este tema sobre violência doméstica, é verificar que na presente lei, existem algumas incongruências, que se fossem dissipadas poderiam dar um contributo mais eficaz para inverter o crescimento do número de casos.
