Summary: | Nowadays, with the worldwide development of organizations, there is an increased need to ally the company’s strategy to a good internal communication strategy. Prior to this, the focus of a company should be its productivity and profit, and the employees were never asked about their opinions or if they felt satisfied with their labor. Today, the employees’ motivation and their good performance has become an important thought in the leaders’ minds. Therefore, internal communication and its relevance has been, in recent years, of the utmost importance. One of the great problems that companies’ have to face is that certain barriers within the company lead to flaws in internal communication. These shortcomings result in different difficulties throughout various areas. The main goal of this thesis is to answer the question “What is the importance of internal communication in organizations and how does it affect its employees?”. Through this question, we expect to understand which problems may have an impact on internal communication, to what extent they influence employees as well as to ascertain if the leaders are, in fact, preoccupied in investing in good communication channels that alow sharing information between all de members in the organization. This thesis also aims to show howgood transmission channel may be essential to the organization’s success. It will also help to comprehend the employees’ perspective towards the company’s method of communication. To reach certain conclusions, we resort to exploratory research in which the information is gathered through the reading of articles, books and newspapers. Besides, an inquiry has been made, by the author of this work, with the purpose of acquiring more information. |
