Docente generalista: um olhar sobre a prática nos diferentes contextos educativos

O presente documento exibe um relatório sobre os estágios decorridos nos contextos de EPE e Ensino do 1º CEB, onde construí alicerces teóricos e práticos imprescindíveis a uma futura prática docente. É importante para nós, futuras profissionais da docência, observar a prática de profissionais da educação em ação, tendo como objetivo intervir pedagogicamente nestes contextos, conferindo a articulação entre a prática e a teórica, que depois de analisados e refletidos de forma crítica e construtiva, contribuem de forma vital para a nossa formação. O trabalho iniciou-se através da observaçãoo participante e da utilização de instrumentos de recolha de informações, para que desta forma fosse possível uma mais fácil integração nos grupos/turmas. Prezar os ritmos, agir de acordo com as suas necessidades e potencialidades, fomentar o diálogo e trabalho em equipa, estimular a aprendizagem pela ação e pela investigação foram aspetos tidos em conta durante toda a prática, com vista ao sucesso das aprendizagens (minhas e dos discentes destes grupos/turmas). Para esta prática reflexiva, foram cruciais três atitudes: a abertura de espírito para atender a possíveis alternativas e admitir a existência do erro; a responsabilidade, que me permitiu fazer uma ponderação mais cuidadosa das consequências e objetivos de determinada ação; e, por fim, o empenhamento, o prazer e a persistência, indispensável para mobilizar as atitudes anteriores. Toda esta experiência prática e teórica permitiu a comparação entre as duas valências, sendo o relatório o espelho das vivências e das aprendizagens nelas realizadas. ABSTRACT This document intends to exhibit a report about the traineeships occurred in the contexts of EPE (Pre-schooling Education) and the Education of the 1º CEB (1st Cycle of the Elementary School), where I have elaborated theoretical and practical foundations important in a future teaching practice. It is important for the future teaching professionals to observe the professionals of education in action, having as a goal to take pedagogically part in these contexts, allowing the articulation between the practice and the theory. These, after being analysed and reflected upon a critical and constructive way, will contribute hugely to our education. This work began with the shared observation and the usage of tools based on the collection of information, so that it would be possible an easier integration in the groups/classes. Respect the rhythms, act in accordance with the needs and potentialities, stimulate the dialogue, incite the team work and the learning through action and through investigation were aspects that were kept in mind during the entire practice, aiming the success of learning (mine and of the students of these groups/classes). For this reflexive practice were crucial three attitudes: to keep an open mind in order to support all the possible alternatives and admit the existence of error; the responsibility, which allowed me to make a careful balance of the consequences and goals of a specific action; and, finally, the commitment, the pleasure and the persistence, indispensable to mobilize all the previous attitudes. This entire theoretical and practical experience allowed the comparison between validations, being this report the mirror of the experiences and learning which were accomplished.
