The featureextractionisbasedonmeasuresofrelativeenergiescomputedinshorttimeintervalsandcertain frequencybands.Thefeatureextractionisperformedeitheronsignalsaveragedoveranensembleoftrialsor on single-trialresponsesignals.Thesubsequentclassificationstageisbasedonanensembleclassifier,i.e.a random forestoftreeclassifiers.Theclassificationisperformedconsideringtheensembleaverageresponsesof all subjects(inter-subject)orconsideringthesingle-trialresponsesofsinglesubjects(intra-subject).Applying a properimportancemeasureoftheclassifier,featureeliminationhasbeenusedtoidentifythemostrelevant features of the decision making.
