The professional internship is the first major moment of confrontation with the reality that a student intern encounters in their professional career. Concerns and responsibilities are felt firsthand, where the person must be able to respond to the situations presented to them. In this document it will be possible to find my journey throughout the professional internship I carried out at a school in the city of Maia. I, the author, was part of an internship group made up of three student interns, a cooperating teacher and a mentor teacher. This report describes the most important moments experienced throughout the school year, and is divided into four main areas. The first, the personal framework, presents a brief description of my personality, thoughts and experiences in terms of physical education and sporting activity. The second area is related to the institutional framework, where I describe all the elements of the internship nucleus, according to my perspective, and also the classes with which I had the opportunity to work. The third theme is the operational framework, which is directly related to the teaching subject and a teacher's planning activities and responsibilities. The fourth major theme is a reflection on my involvement with the school community, in which I talk about my learning and experiences in terms of socialization in the different events in which I had the opportunity to work during my professional internship. I end the report with final considerations, that is, the experiences that I consider fundamental, and that will accompany me throughout my professional career.
