Resumo: The world of organizations is increasingly competitive. Companies need to be resilient, looking for factors that set them apart from their competitors. The human factor is a powerful tool in the hands of managers who have the ability to deal with people and turn them into part of their strategy in achieving organizational goals. The manager must pay attention to the internal and external environment variables of the company and how its employees will react to these interactions. These environmental changes can positively or negatively affect the individual performance of each employee and, consequently, the entire team. The Organizational Climate Survey measures factors that influence the climate and evaluates the results in order to investigate their origins. This work will analyze the interference of the organizational environment in its employees, and how the organizational climate can interfere in their behavior and personal and professional motivation. A descriptive approach will be applied to evaluate the results of the Organizational Climate Survey.
