In doing so, a basic knowledge and understanding of the analyzed components was first provided through a literature review. Furthermore, with the help of semi structured expert interviews, the real-life picture drawn by the interviewees was compared in relation to the objects of the study. This has revealed that business networking is basically perceived in almost the same way by the experts who are operating in the industry of executive search as it is described in the literature, which has been reviewed for this work.
