Resumo: Intralogistics systems, in line with current technological development, seek to improve their performance in order to achieve high levels of efficiency, becoming an essential sustainable means of transporting goods and merchandise. Within this purpose, the present project aims to develop energy monitoring solutions capable of monitoring, in real time, the energy dynamics of intralogistics systems, allowing a perception of how energy flows along its movements. Therefore, the project relies on the use of monitoring equipment, Metrel MI 2892 Power Meter, easily adaptable to the physical and operational requirements of each system. This project is dedicated to monitoring the three main intralogistics systems, namely the stacker crane, the conveyors and the rail-guided vehicle (RGV) system. Based on the analysis of the monitoring carried out for the relevant movements of each intralogistic system, the project presents a market study that highlights a set of monitoring equipment valid for the intralogistic systems under study. The equipment mentioned not only fits the energy monitoring requirements but also other requirements, such as protocols communications, important in the integration of these solutions. The monitoring carried out throughout the project allow inferring the added value of its use in the design, operation analysis and support for predictive and corrective maintenance of intralogistics systems. Additionally, it turns out that the low acquisition and integration cost is quickly amortized by the benefits they present. Thereby, the monitoring solutions introduce energy, operational and financial benefits for the customer.
