Summary: | In this article a self-supervision experience developed by a pre-primary teacher is presented. Resorting to video recordings made in the activities classroom, this teacher observes and reflects on her practice and then she audio-records her reflections in dialogue with a critical friend, consolidating this formative experience with a collaborative work. Using an action-research methodology, the pedagogical content knowledge and the reflection/ questioning dimensions were selected to analyze the collected data, in order to identify strategies that promote the self-supervision of practices. The results showed that self and hetero-observation and critical analysis of the educational choices made in action by this pre-primary teacher and discussed later with a critical friend, with whom she shares experiences, promote changes in educational practices, contributing for teacher professional knowledge and development. |

En este artículo se presenta una experiencia de auto-supervisión desarrollada por una educadora infantil. Recurriendo a grabaciones de vídeo realizadas en su aula, esta profesional de la educación observa y reflexiona sobre sus prácticas pedagógicas y posteriormente graba el audio de las reflexiones hechas con una compañera que promueve un análisis crítico de las mismas, o sea desempeñando el papel de «amigo crítico», arraigando así un trabajo colaborativo. Basándose en una metodología de investigación-acción y como instrumentos de recogida de datos fueron seleccionadas las dimensiones conocimiento pedagógico del contenido y reflexión /cuestionamiento, de forma a que se puedan diseñar soluciones o estrategias capaces de fomentar una auto-supervisión de las prácticas. Los resultados pusieron de manifiesto que, la auto y hetero-observación y el análisis crítico compartido de las opciones hechas por la educadora infantil, promueven cambios en las prácticas educativas, contribuyendo de ese modo al desarrollo de las competencias de los profesores. Neste artigo apresenta-se uma experiência de auto-supervisão desenvolvida por uma educadora de infância. Socorrendo-se de vídeo-gravações, efetuadas na sua sala de atividades, esta profissional de educação observa e reflete sobre a sua prática pedagógica e, posteriormente, audiograva as reflexões que efetua em diálogo com uma amiga crítica, alicerçando a experiência num trabalho colaborativo. Com base numa metodologia de investigação-ação foram selecionadas as dimensões conhecimento pedagógico de conteúdo e reflexão/questionamento para análise dos dados recolhidos, de forma a identificar estratégias que promovem uma auto-supervisão das práticas. Os resultados revelam que a auto e hétero-observação e a análise crítica das opções pedagógicas efetuadas pela educadora de infância, posteriormente discutidas conjuntamente com a amiga crítica, com quem a educadora partilha experiências, promovem alterações nas práticas educativas contribuindo, assim, para o conhecimento e desenvolvimento docentes.
