Summary: The objective of this project is the development of an Adaptable Fire Detection System, capable of interfacing with the two most common types of devices in this area: addressable devices, and conventional devices. Transparently for the user, it must be possible to use both types of devices at the same time, and associate them to the same zone, which is an innovation in this kind of systems. This kind of mixed configurations allows for a lower cost when compared to a purely addressable system, and more flexibility than an conventional only system.
