Summary: The use of Artificial Intelligence by the Judiciary is becoming increasingly prevalent, yet it continues to present challenges in the legal sphere, especially when applied to judicial decision-making. In this context of growing innovation, which also affects the Brazilian judiciary, this monograph aims to analyze the feasibility of using Artificial Intelligence as a judicial decision-making tool, as well as the responsibilities that such interventions may entail, with an emphasis on provisional remedies.
